HollyB
Hello all! I am converting my house into 2 flats and had a planning application accepted in January. I am now submitting a building control application but have noticed that the original floor plan does not seem to be scaled correctly so the whole house gains about 30cm in one dimension and 15cm in the other. I did the plans myself and I remember a bit of to-ing and fro-ing with the planning department saying that the scale was wrong on the PDF so I must have made some mistake. The building control application will have the correct scaling on the floor plans however so is this likely to cause a problem or is there some margin for error? The dimensions of the front and side of the house show 8.9x8.4m on the building control plans but about 9.2x8.55m on the original planning application. The house is semi-detached with a front and back garden. Edited August 30, 2022 by HollyB
