Bought my first freehold property to do up myself which completed last week... will be doing a full renovation with small side extension. Planning to do as much of the work myself as physically/legally possible (it's my idea of fun) Have been diy'ing for years but never thought of joining a forum so hopefully can pick up some helpful tips on here.
