Bay window problem's

I have just had some windows fitted and on inspection this is how they have fitted the bay pole, it's a flat roofed bay, the manager of the company say that everything is fine I beg to differ, and have told him I want the work rectifying, your thoughts please thanks

What system? Supplier?

 

I would be expecting flush finish, no gaps. Knowing system, supplier, it would be fairy easy to check drawings.

Not sure of the system used and the windows were supplied and fitted be coral windows, will find out more tomorrow when the manager comes out to look, this is a better photo of the bay post
