Kitchen extension

I’ve started a 60 sq m kitchen extension project building it myself. I’m thinking and hoping I’m going to get it done within 60,000and with builders pricing at 2000 a sq m a massive saving - that’s not taking into account my own wages however. Problem is I’m not a builder and it’s a stressful and nerve wracking project with errors plentiful. I’m out of the ground and steels on order, but a long way to go. Anyone happy to give me any words of comfort welcome 🤗

im sitting in my 60m2 extension and it’s great!

 

watch the mortar joins on those blocks to make sure the are fully filled and tape over the insulation joins with metal tape.
