Sealing floorboards gaps

Can i seal all gaps in old floorboards on first floor, with Rockwool Acoustic Intumescent Sealant, before laying new engineering floors, i got few boxes of that stuff, wondering is it flexible for any movement.

According to data sheet it should be fine for floor and soft wood
