Hi All

I'm the latest newbie !

A bit about me, retired motor trader and long time property enthusiast. I've done a load of refurbs, built some flats (as developer, but I did do the kitchens, bathrooms, landscaping and detailing) and just one self build extension earlier this year, that I did all by myself apart from the electrics and gas. It was a moderately complicated one with a vaulted ceiling, underfloor heating, veluxes ,bifolds etc and a fair bit of steel in the structure.

So I have some experience but there will always be more to learn.  

I hope I can contribute a little as well as picking your collective brains !
