Cordless Battery Adapter

Hello,

I am new to this site.

I few years ago I made the decision to sell off most of my cordless tools and start again opting for Makita.

I was sick to death of carting batteries and several charges all over the place, same brand, 3 charges and a number of 18v batteries made life so much easier.

One of our grand children has been given a Milwaukee 18v cordless drill and a Dewalt circular saw, both about 3-4 years old, bodies only, but no slide pack batteries or their chargers.

I repair/refurbish my Makita batteries and would like to give him a spare 18v Makita charger and a couple of Makita batteries, to get him started.

I have been told there is a battery adapter available that will couple a  Makita battery to Milwaukee/Dewalt 18v cordless tools.

I checked online but have got myself confused, there are a number of them.

I thought I'd sussed it then realized the adapter I found was for various branded batteries to be used with Makita tools, that's not what I'm after, it's the other away around, I'm after an adapter to use Makita batteries on Milwaukee/Dewalt 18v cordless tools.

Does anyone use one or can give me a link/model number for this adapter/s?
