Cashymac
Hi All, We have an A-Frame wood cabin with a tiled roof which comes down to about 0.5m from the ground. We have decided to use Fascia Capping Board. This will go under the eaves of our roof however we are not taking off tiles to do this - Will just slip the Fascia up under the tiles and attach to the old board. My question is do I need to also try and fit the Eaves Skirt/Protector under there too? We don't have gutters so wondering if I do actually need these? Thanks for any help offered. Cheers. markc
I cant see any reason as the roof pitch will be steep and water should fall off without any problem Edited April 26, 2021 by markc
Cashymac
Thank you - Kind of what I was thinking. Just had a look at another lodge who recently had a man in to do this job and they put it on but I wondered if really necessary...
