Retro look LED lamps

Made a bad lamp purchase - 8 lamps! - for a light fitting and they're far too bright and not dimmable. ?. Its a Quinetic dimmable reciever which probably doesn't help. 

 

 These are E27, 4W and 400 lumens which is a lot more than the last time I bought this style of bulb where 200 seemed to be the norm. The shape is the straight flared shape not the round bulbous ones. (ST64?)

 

Any recommendations for something with a lower power and dimmable?
