Newbie from Kent

Hi all

 

Been lurking for a while gather info so thought now my planning application is finally in I can start moving fwds!

 

Ive bought a bungalow with a wide and deep plot with plans to demolish and rebuild a new 2 story dwelling. 

 

I picked the bungalow as there is an existing house in the street already demolished and replaced with a fine looking timber frame build so I'm using the same architect and a tweaked version of the original plans!

 

Im sure i'll be asking many questions very shortly...

 

The planning wait is killing me i want t get started (but know i can't due to CIL...)

Welcome. There are a few folk here from Kent. Looking forward to seeing what you plan to build. And yes, CIL is a killer when all you want is to get going.
