My name is Danielle. We have recently been granted planning to demolish our current bungalow on the plot my husband and I bought in 2016 and build a replacement dwelling in Chandlers Cross, Hertfordshire. It will be 405m2 plus a detached 110m2 annexe/garage outbuilding. This is our very first self build so feeling both nervous and excited with the challenges to come!
