Recommended architect or architectural technologist in Midlands

I'd like to get started on submitting a planning application for a 4-bed dormer bungalow (block and brick) with basement (ICF) in Birmingham. I don't have any grand designs in mind and value functionality over form. 

 

Can you recommend anyone that you have used or know of in the Midlands area?
