Need help understanding bath tap requirements

I have a feeling I'm being a bit stupid, but I', trying to work out what I need for my bath.

I want a wall mount bath tap with a single lever mixer, but with a diverter to a hand shower head. As my wife pointed out it's basically the same as we have in the shower but a spout instead of a rose head.

So just want a bit of help on what items I should be looking.

Thanks

How about using a diverter shower and instead of the wall tap use a waste filler .?

All you need is a thermostatic diverter shower unit and the rest can be done with whatever you want.

Thanks for the input, what do you means by waste filler?

this is what I want, https://www.qssupplies.co.uk/bathroom-furniture-shower-taps/149422.htm, I just don't really what to pay that much.

This is a waste or overflow filler.

The Mode Harrison can do what you want - but using a bath overflow filler - for a 1/3rd of the price you’ve seen
