Size of Aco drain for sloped driveway

Hello,

 

My driveway slopes down to meet our house.

 

I'm nervous that if I put in a 100mm wide aco drain at the top of the driveway that it won't be sufficient. I see wider aco drains in commercial settings, just wondering if anyone has used them in a domestic setting ? Will it look okay ?

I ran an Aco across the front of the house and it copes even in the worst of conditions 

The Aco is 600 mil lower than the start of the drive
