Here is the instruction manual https://manualzz.com/doc/en/4426091/vortice-prometeo-hr400-plus-heat-recovery-instruction-manual It is "working but showing the error code ER10 - CO2 sensor not active" The installer that fitted it in 2007 does not remember much and "does not do servicing" I have not yet found the installation manual. It could be as simple as an option was set to not use the CO2 sensor. But the user manual does not say anything about programming. The owner says "i rarely used the thing, switched on for first time in months in jan and saw this error sign for first time." So he's been living in a (hopefully) air tight house with mvhr for 13 years, with the mvhr turned off!!! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Very good service from them. The important one for this is the troubleshooting guide which I attach to this post in case anyone else is interested.
