Upvc windows into steel frame?

Hi everyone,  

Simple question,  how do I install a upvc window unit into  a steel frame? What fixings do I need to use?

Any polite advice appreciated.

TEK screws and the correct window straps ..?? Is the steel frame inside or outside the envelope of the building ..?

Thank you for responding. 

The porch is an addition to the  exterior of the building and has an external grade door between it and the interior hallway,  so I guess the I would consider it to be outside the building envelope. 

Would I expect the correct window straps to be supplied by the window fabricator?
