Hello...Novice two story ext with internal remodel

Hi all

Came across this forum while looking for UFH recommendations. Will hopefully be starting a two story extension with internal remodeling of our existing home (all while trying to live in with a wife & two girls) later in the autumn. I have a builder lined up to do the block work and steels but everything else is down to my wife and I to sort and project manage.

i'm hoping to try and gain as much advice from this site from windows, plumbing,  flooring etc. 

We're excited in one sense but extremely apprehensive as  silly mistakes can cost money in an already tight budget........

How far have you got? Planning Permission? Building Regs? CIL Exemption sorted?

Planning passed & building regs submitted. Expected start dates late autumn just in time for the cold weather ?
