Thats a surprise. I was only told this a month ago at one of their one day seminar's at the show centre in St Neots.

I believe you are correct @Post and beam. It’s new in the last 6 months or so, so unfortunately @R2021 missed when they started doing this part. However, by ‘doing’ I just mean subcontract it out, so it’s not that different.

 

Although by the sounds of it, @R2021 has suffered with the general U.K. price increase because of that, which sucks. I’d be surprised if it took the 6 months to do groundworks, but you did say it was complex and on a hill? Have they had actual delays other than the weather, what caused that it’s terrible.
