Hi,

I am wanting to build a full bed patio next to my fence but the concrete holding the fence posts in is quite high up and in the way (see image). What should I do in this situation? Do I need to build some sort of border around my patio area? Obviously I don't want to end up joining my patio bed to the fence post concrete. Any advice?

Thanks

You need to excavate the topsoil where the patio is going.  You may need to break out a bit of the concrete around the fence posts.  Up to you if you want a plant border.  Plan it properly as you don't want to be re doing in a couple of years.
