Do you believe I can increase the value of the house by more than the cost of the works?

 

I am planning to take out an additional mortgage to remodel the downstairs and make it more open.

 

I would like to add an enclosed porch to keep the property warmer.

 

My favourite plan is to green the concrete driveway and give back to nature.

Typo

Adding bedrooms increases the value as does a posh kitchen or bathroom.

 

A porch and taking away parking space will not add value.  Opening up inside might if it makes the property perceived as more modern
