Recommended Architect/Engineer

Could anyone recommend an engineer or architect whom could take my planning drawings and produce working drawings and BC drawings?

Ross Davy in Grimsby did the same job for me. Ask for Alan Scoffin, he is an architectural technician.

Thanks very much - what did Alan do for you and how much did he charge?

He converted the heritage house artistry used to obtain planning permission into fully worked up technical drawings for building control, the cross section diagrams have been particularly valuable as these show every block and brick from foundation to gutter height. He is also accessible for subsequent technical chats.
