Do you need a suspened floor? Floor slabs are (nearly) always cheaper and better than suspended.

As for that product looks alright, it's just block and beam with the eps baked into it.

 

I would be slightly worried about cracking between the panels but hopfully they have already thought about that.

Just for info - finally got a response (far too late - we are using Lynx precast insulated floor instead), but for reference the cost is around  £67/ m2 supply and fit.

Thanks for looping back with the cost.  Too late for you, but how did the £67 per m2 compare with the cost of the Lynx product?
