Lets Posted October 16, 2019 Posted October 16, 2019 (edited) Hi there, I have just brought a bungalow as a renovation project. It is structurally sound, but needs reroofing, extending etc. However, I will not be living in it whilst the work is being done and I am struggling to find somewhere to insure it! Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you in advance for any help! Edited October 17, 2019 by Lets

Jeremy Harris Posted October 17, 2019 Posted October 17, 2019 I think we also had insurance that was a modified renovation policy. I've just dug out the policy and it was with Versatile, https://www.versatileinsurance.co.uk/ It was a modified renovation policy to cover a part-completed self-build, that was outwith the terms for a normal self-build policy. 1
