December 11, 20232 yr Author How time flies. Consider this a reintroduction. I am on the journey of a self build. Its a knock down and build new type of build. The site is in rural Latvia. The aim at the moment is a single storey, passive house inspired, family home in the 140m² to 180m². Lots of design work has been going on for the past 3 months with a view to breaking ground when the winter finishes in May. Attached is a floor plan of the proposed design, it is a work in progress.
