En-suite extension

Good Morning everyone, my name is Mark and I am in the West Midlands, with a teenage daughter me and my wife constantly battle for our bathroom, so have decided to look at adding an en-suite above our downstairs toilet , and looking for any help and guidance we can get.   We have our 1st issue which I will post in the correct forum
