Hi everyone, We have recently put an offer in on a house and keen to convert a section of the front garden and side of the house into a driveway. The approach up to the side of the house will be pretty steep. I have uploaded a little video to give an idea. Excuse the quality of the video, it was recorded to show some family the property and I had to crop and speed it up because of limited file size on here. The kerb is already dropped for the section we want to create the entrance, though the video does not show this very well. Not sure why it's already dropped. Would this section be too steep for an approach/drive way up to the flat ground at the side of the house? And will we need planning permission if the kerb is already dropped and we use a permeable surface? New to the forum so any comments are really appreciated! Thanks, Matt 20210907_200011_1_1_1.mp4
