Hi,
Apologies if this has been covered but wonder if anyone can assist?
I live in a newish build flat. I have a bedroom and living room which I believe is separated by a plasterboard wall.
I want to install a couple of ethernet cables through the wall to the switch in the living room.
It probably is a silly question but can you simply cut a hole either side of the wall and fit a faceplate.
Is this a really bad way of doing it or not recommended for any rules or regulations?
Regards,
Simon
