  1. Hi all, What is the advisable time frame (per mm) to leave sand cement screed to dry prior to tiling? Thanks a lot
  2. Thanks a lot Mike this is an extremely informative video and I think I am now comfortable that I know exactly what to do to complete this next step of our building job. Peter - I am fully aware that self levelling compound is used to make up the top surface prior to underfloor heating and tiling. My question was around what is the best method/process for applying self levelling compound. Mike's video has answered my question
  3. Hi all, I'm new to this forum and would just like to introduce myself. I'm a new mum currently on maternity leave. We decided to start our orangery and garden and are 2 months into the project via builders. Unfortunately we have had to take the project on ourselves as the lead builder is unwell and will no longer be coming. I think it's quite exciting to learn something new and be hands on in finishing this job. The main structure of the orangery has been built and the next step is to level the surface with self levelling compound prior to fitting the insulation (40mm depth we need to level). I would appreciate if anyone could provide the method on how to do this properly. Thanks in advance Kripa
