Hi I am building a garden room and I am doing a warm flat roof, the build up is 200mm joist, 11mm OSB, VCL, 100mm PIR, 11mm deck and hopefully self adhesive 2 layer felt roof. I have a few questions about the sequence and edge detail.......I have just finished the VCL. My plan is to stick the PIR to the VCL next, then fit the fascia, possibly Alutec or similar, then fit the deck, and asap do the roof coverings. But I want a nice trim for the felt roof, dont want to see the felt, what is the best way to do this ? Is it possible to fit an edge trim which the felt sits on/sticks to, or is this not possible. Your advice/methods welcomed please........ Thanks.
