Hi Gus. I've found quite a few of these companies, and have spoken with them. The problem I have is that I don't know how to create the required tech spec needed. When you worked on your project, did you do this yourself? Thanks Michael

Hi all I had submitted floor plans that I had created to a container conversion company to get a price, however i have been asked to also submit a tech spec for the interior. I'm not sure how to do one of these. Is it best left to an architect? Thanks Michael
