Hi everyone, A new neighbour is thinking of building as car port on his side of a shared drive with me. The structure will start just before the front elevation and extend about 15ft beyond the front of the house. Am I correct in thinking he cannot build beyond the front elevation without explicit planning approval. He has no approval, how can I stop this building
