No idea what has caused it apart from maybe movement of the property we only just moved in and removed artex from ceiling to discover this

It just an empty loft with insulation

This is a bedroom joining onto another property with a tiled roof

There is a loft above and t&g floor and wall construction is brick

Its 60 year old property just bought and has no end of problems

No it was not covered we loved it and discovered this just put cove back up but obviously when fell down was still there thanks

Yeh thing is cove keep falling g down due to distemper and obviously if we had chose not to cove this would still be there so what do you suggest any good or not

Are these cracks anything to be worried about as this has gone on to a distemper wall with just pva underneath

No nothink just let dry naturaly

In place it sounds hollow and no heaters on it as radiator was removed this is his last wall he done for us dont think should have him back
