  11. Hi I have a leak that is coming into my basement , only happens during heavy rain. Had drains checked by water company and these told are fine . They put dye into drains and nothing showed up.When drains cannot cope water over flows so I am thinking it's getting in via concrete or fissure. Any advise best way to seal from happening . Basement ceiling and walls get damp and discoulrs paint . Area is a small courtyard out back and standing water eventually drains away Any products to seal or specialist companies around to get this sorted, Thanks
