  1. Yes, but it isn't on the property land ? that's why I Could understand not using own address like they did for erection the building. ?
  2. Not when it looks like a carrs billington shop ?....
  3. Ohh lots of historical loop holes to get planning and this new one right on my door so it would effect us. Just would like people to be honest about their intentions, then if planning granted then its a fair system. When applications go in for agricultural buildings then before even completed stables are in. Happy with stables. Don't have an issue. Juat be honest on applications otherwise people get nervous about an end game.
  4. No no pink sign up. And yes I would say it is in the curtilage, however the previous application to have it erected was under a different address again.
  5. Arrh I see. It is infront of... However the planning for the building to be erected was in a different address again. The converted barn not the farm house. They definitely didn't get notice or are not the neighbour notification list either.
  6. Hi I previously put a post in regarding a change of use regarding an agricultural building and just want to ask more advice. We are in a plot of 3 houses consisting of farm house.... Converted barn and now a newly converted agricultural build. The people who have the newest build are the one looking to change the use of another newly built agricultural building. The application is in, but this time even though it states their current address and the land they own, the application is under the farm house address (never their property) The farmhouse therefore never got notification of the change of use or neighbour notification. Why would you do that, and is it legal... I'm baffled.
  7. My hunch was right then. Joe90.... I'm not gonna lie. I actually had to zoom in on your pic.... Thought it was a real pic of you ?
  8. Not likely to be invited for a brew. Not that way inclined. Shame really. If they didn't have access over the lane they wouldn't of been able to get the their build if anyone had complained about the access road they have built with out planning (head in hands) I truly have no issue with current status and set up. There's just something not sitting right. Why the agricultural use and not equestrian. I would just be happier if it was documented as it is used.
  9. Thank you all for your replies. Should I respond to the planning application to state its only equestrian as opposed to mixed use? Thanks x
  10. Humm not sure exactly how much land but more than 5 acres. Maybe that's why they hid the horses on the previous application to say had been empty? Yes I've no issue with current set up. More a concern over future conversion. It just made m e wobbly that they havnt submitted for the use, like there was another hidden agenda. Yes we own the lane but they do have access over. Although they don't use because they have built another drive to the new house. This was without planning do had to get retrospective on that too. There an issue with it too so if anyone came forward they would have to remove this drive. So as not to be an arse and ruin their whole plan we agreed they could have access. Otherwise they could of been in a position they couldn't get to their property. In hind sight though I'm thinking it was perhaps so they had seperate accesses to 2 properties in the future. In the deeds it does state their household however. Humm.
  11. Yes we own the lane but they have access over it to thier property. The agricultural building has been built at the side of it next to our house.
  12. Oh I agree, and I don't want to sound like a complete arse, because truly Im not like that and happy for it to be equestrian and used as they are doing. Which is why it makes me nervous they are not just submitting for the purpose. Feel something in my water haha. I would love to be friendly with them but alas they are not very friendly. 2 previous neighbours (only 3 house hamlet) moved and one had an injunction eekk. I just couldn't understand the push for agricultural. Its a new build constructed thus Summer and stables went stright in. So had no previous agricultural use.
