Just joined the forum, I'm near Buckingham and am living in a self build which we completed back in 2013 and starting to consider building again. I've built in ICF, Steel frame and Timber. My day job is as a Principal Designer and Employers Agent for a Building Consultancy, where the majority of my focus is on working with clients to build with Modern Methods of construction from ICF through to full modular, whether that be for Custom Build, Small developers or Housing Associations
