Can anybody recommend lenders for self build finance without going through a broker? I need to finance the build of a replacement house, to live in, not for sale. Option one - to finance the whole build for 12 months ish, then I'll convert it to a residential mortgage. Option two - to finance completion, whereby getting the house out of the ground/foundations are already done.
