May 26, 2020 6:44 pm Hi all, I'm looking to sell my house and I'm wondering if the state of mortar around a window installation (done by the previous owner) is going to be an issue on a survey. I never noticed it till we decided to sell. There is no issues with damp or any problems from that window, it just looks abit suspect and I'm worrying it may be an issue if a full survey is to be carried out. If it will be an issue what am I looking at to correct it. Thanks Tom
