@ProDave we’re not using Scotframe to erect the kit as we need a full service contractor for the Groundworks, project management of the build everything basically and they don’t offer that service. Can you recommend anyone?

Our building warrant approval is imminent and we are at the stage where we need to source quotes and commission a contractor. Is there anyone on here who can recommend anyone around the Inverness area, the plot is at Whitebridge, Inverness (near to Fort Augustus). We’re using a Scotframe kit but need full project management for the build as we live in Cheshire. Looking forward to receiving responses. Thanks in advance. Susan

Hi all, last July (2019) my husband and I were holidaying in Scotland and we just happened across a plot of land near to the cottage that we were staying a couple of days of meeting with a local architect and solicitor and our offer was accepted!! We’re now in May 2020 and our building warrant approval is imminent so I’ve joined this forum to source advice, support and services from other Self-builders ??
