Hi everyone, This is my first post. We have just had an offer accepted on a piece of land in Deal Kent. Our budget to build is between £350/£400k max. We are thinking about building a trendy type bungalow with double garage. Am I right in thinking a bungalow would be cheaper to build than a house? Do you think this is a reasonable budget. Ideally we are hoping for about 180sq m /200. We are also thinking traditional build ? thank you for your replies in advance?
