Hi we are planning to split our plot and build a small bungalow we already have a detached annex and will extend this in an L shape to the road to make the bungalow. The annex has a shower room I could plan to have my new shower room adjacent so using the existing drains, but my kitchen would be the other end of the build near the road. Would it be more cost effective to do it this way or does it not really matter as I will need drainage to the kitchen. Any help appreciated. The new build is on land that is currently grass so no digging restrictions.
