Can’t see the point to be honest, it is too easy for them to go bust. My recommendation is always pay by a credit card, Solicitors will take your claim on - offering a No Win No Fee. Our case is still being investigated, just avoid companies that work out of a car boot, if they have business premises you know they have made a commitment, check their history, ask to see all qualifications, also check clients feedback. We had This Heat Pump Company do a Heat pump back in 2022, I’m glad this customer had a positive outcome but our installation has been Hell from the start. 1. Quoted for all Daikin Products which he changed 2. 5 Non Compliance all works not completed 3. Sent a Daikin Engineer in Oct 22 to Commission the System ( In 2024 had a letter from Daikin this was done by Mistake as they can only commission there Daikin Appliances 5. Different Building control notices all different dates Do your research if you are adamant on a Heat Pump but in our experience our wasn’t worth £18,250 + with the Company refusing to apply for the grant after all works met all requirements They Refused to return to site.
