I had similar issue with water leaking out. Turned out to be the exhaust pipe issue where the fine mesh at the end of the exhaust channel got a bit clogged. It was enough to create some kind of back draft or imbalance in the flow resulting in the exhaust air being squeezed between heat exchanger and the front cover resulting in leaks.
