  1. So just an update after a week or so. Issue seems to be resolved. Leveling the machine and correctly installing the drain seems to have stopped any condensation escaping from the machine. It's bone dry the last week after drying out.
  2. Thanks. I wonder why the issue started all of a sudden. It points more to something failing. Unit is dry since I emptied the heat exchange. It was full of water. Will track over the next few days and report back!
  3. Thanks for the reply. My unit is in the cold loft space. As far as I can tell, all ducting is insulated in the silver lagging. In addition to this a lot of the ducting is under/surrounded by the rock wool insulation in my attic, so without ripping the place apart I would say I'm ok here. Regarding the drain on both sides, vent Axia tech strongly advised to fix this. They said water would just be pulled back in from one drain to the next. They also said it would create an imbalance. I've since had a plumber out to fix this. So now my machine is level in all directions and drain is correctly installed. Hoping for improvement. Silly question but where is your source of truth for RH and heat recovery. Mine shows nothing in app. Will attach pic
  4. Hi Becky, Same model, same problem here. Noticed a wet patch on my roof which lead me to investigate. Drains were fine, not blocked and iny case were into an internal drain and trapped with a hepa trap. I've called installer who is due to come, but going a little investigation I forgot and an article that mentioned checking levels in both axis. I did this and noticed that the machine is not level on the axis and pitches forward towards where the dripping is. Looking inside this unit would suggest the condensation should enter the drain at the rear. Might be a nothing but installer back tomorrow to correct. Note in picture my installer but drains on both? Who knows why. It's my understanding that the machine vents to atmosphere on the right side, and this is where water is. Thanks Justin
