Hi Becky,
Same model, same problem here.
Noticed a wet patch on my roof which lead me to investigate.
Drains were fine, not blocked and iny case were into an internal drain and trapped with a hepa trap.
I've called installer who is due to come, but going a little investigation I forgot and an article that mentioned checking levels in both axis. I did this and noticed that the machine is not level on the axis and pitches forward towards where the dripping is. Looking inside this unit would suggest the condensation should enter the drain at the rear. Might be a nothing but installer back tomorrow to correct.
Note in picture my installer but drains on both? Who knows why. It's my understanding that the machine vents to atmosphere on the right side, and this is where water is.
Thanks
Justin
