Thanks Russell! Is there any reason you didn't use torch down? My existing roof is bitumen and so I am aware that adhesives don't mix well.

Hi everyone, I have a flat roof that has started to sag and has recently started to leak on occasion. The problem area is about 1msq of deck, although I haven't lifted the felt yet. is it feasible to cut into the felt and do a large patch repair, replacing the board underneath and then just joining to the old felt? Or is this I'll advised?
