Good Afternoon, I'm looking for some info. My architect is on holiday and our building warrant is in for approval. I've just realised the garage door that the architect has stated and drawn for isnt going to be wide enough to get our car in. Are we too late to change it? will we need to get drawings redone?

Good Afternoon folks! Below is a copy of our plans that have just been submitted to planning. We would like to hear anything you think would cause issues or give advice for changing anything prior to getting the technical drawings done for build regs. TIA

Thanks for the reply folks! I'm going to write to them to ask the question. @dpmiller There has never been one there but i personally, would rather there was one. @Ian We are currently trying to find this out as its quite vague.

Good Morning all, We are just going through the planning stage of our very first (and probably last) self build. My query is... Our plot is a corner plot in the middle of town, the pavement runs across the front of the plot but not up the side. Would this likely be our responsibility to put in or would it be the councils? Thanks in advance.
