We are in a similar position for building regulations under BSA. We are using a timber frame company that has taken on role of PD. We have a ground worker who has taken on the role of PC for the first stage of the project. However the timber frame company are now refusing to take on the role of PC for when they are on site. I don’t think we are able to take it on as domestic clients, so not sure where we go from here. Any suggestions welcome!
