  1. Many thanks all. It is the Danish manufacturer SparWindows. They have come back today to confirm that the windows are tested to EN 14351-1 CE-markings, however it’s unclear if that is enough to cover the British SBD requirements. Going back to building control at moment and if clarification will post for info.
  2. Hello Has anyone else purchased windows from an EU country and if so, how easy has it been to show that they meet the SBD (Section 2) requirements, alongside any other British Standards necessary? Would be good to know the manufacturer if anyone else has been in same position. We have looked at Rationel and Velfac but would would like to purchase from a different manufacturer in Denmark, however, having problems mapping the standards across to know that Building Control (Scotland) will pass. Many thanks.
