Yes, that is what we will do and also get 1 of the boundaries agreed as it is not obvious where it is. It's really down to my Wife giving the okay to put an offer in and start the process going.

Hi, We are now retired and looking to start a self build. We are still looking for a plot, probably in west Wales, we have found a possibility. The plot did have planning permission but this was about 20 years ago so I wouldn't think it would be too much trouble to get it again. I just need my Wife to take the plunge.
