Hi there, You've got a HV4 or equivalent, same model as me except I got it new from Harvey which was a big mistake. Did you know as an OEM they only cover 3 years parts and labour? Most vendors will do 10/2 years parts and labour. So no surprise, after 3 years has gone, my HV4 has had issues and I need Harvey to come out but it will take them a month to even send an engineer to me. I have since for a local company but their response was just to replace the whole unit. At first, I balked at the idea but a repair will cost half of what the unit is worth and would only have a 1 year warranty. I loathe to give more money to Harvey but the alternative non-electric systems are meagre. Anyway, you are looking for the commissioning tool which would like the that middle dial mechanism realign properly if you did try to force a manual regen or it was out of alignment. I only realise via someone posting on Facebook that the engineer didn't leave us with this booklet or the tool (image from Facebook).
